Woodend was called to assist Romsey with a fully involved structure fire, when called at 4.30am this morning. Woodend Support vehicle attended with its lighting tower and also hose ‘monitor’ to spray water on the structure from a distance due to asbestos fears. Woodend FCV also attended with our decontamination kit. Well done to crews from Romsey, Woodend, Lancefield, Riddell, Gisborne and Bolinda.
