Most lives and homes lost in a bushfire are in high risk areas … like ours!

The CFA suggests you take just 5 minutes to help protect the things you value most by registering with My CFA.

CFA has identified approximately 86,974 properties on the edge of the highest risk communities across the state as a focus. This includes Woodend, and surrounding areas.

Last fire season there were 4,600 fires in Victoria. Tragically, one person died and more than 60 homes were destroyed – many in areas similar to ours.

The CFA is working hard to continue to deliver you advice and support based on where you live in Victoria.
