Displays when Total Fire Ban in force
Woodend CFA was invited to brighten up the Woodend Library’s recent Saturday Storytime. Librarian Glenda told a fascinating story about a group of children playing as Fire Fighters and eventually get to meet real Fire Fighters and play on their truck. The story was actually brought to life as 1st Lt Mike Dornau came from the CFA with Sue Hobbs, Will Parkin and Brad Newell. The children were entertained with Get Down Low and Go Go Go, Stop Drop & Roll and Calling 000 … and the chance to play on the truck!
