Displays when Total Fire Ban in force
Woodend CFA had yet another busy year in 2017. Our volunteers attended well over 100 incidents and jobs, including bush and grass fires, building fires, MVAs, gas leaks, children trapped in cars. On top of that was our community work including the annual Santa run and water fight and visits to markets, carnivals, the Good Friday Appeal, aged care, cubs, scouts, guides, schools and kinders. A huge thank you to all of our volunteers for getting the job done with a minimum of fuss. We wish all of our community in Woodend and the Macedon Ranges and safe and happy 2018.
