Displays when Total Fire Ban in force
This morning the Woodend Fire Brigade was presented with a very generous donation of $650 in appreciation for the efforts of our team in a fire fight last year. Woodend Captain Mike Dornau accepted the cheque from RT Edgar Director Rick Lander (pictured). The donation was organised by Mr Lander with Associate Director Beverley Higgs and the team at RT Edgar Woodend, in association with realestate.com.au
The donation is very timely as the Woodend CFA has just purchased a new laptop computer and software that cost approximately the exact same amount as the donation. The laptop will be used for valuable training and fire incident management.
