Buy a ticket in Mt Macedon Group's Fundraising Raffle, and you could win a trip for two to New Caledonia worth up to $8000
Following the horrendous fires of last summer, a group of very generous clients of Woodend CFA 1st Lieutenant Mike Dornau offered a fantastic holiday to be used as a fund-raising prize. It was then decided to broaden our horizons and run the raffle to raise funds for all CFA Brigades in the Mt Macedon Group. So proceeds will be shared amongst the CFA Brigades in Woodend, Gisborne, Macedon, Mt Macedon, Newham, Hesket-Kerrie, Riddells Creek and Bullengarook.
The prize for two people has generously been donated by New Caledonia Tourism and their partners, and includes the following:
- Return economy airfares from Sydney or Brisbane to Noumea flying Aircalin (New Caledonia's international airline)
- Return economy airfares from your nearest capital city to either Sydney or Brisbane
- 5 nights 5 Star accommodation at luxurious Le Meridien Resorts (3 nights in Noumea and 2 nights on the beautiful Isle of Pines
- Return economy airfares from Noumea to the Isle of Pines with Air Caledonie
- Return airport transfers in New Caledonia with Arc en Ciel Voyages
- Travel insurance thanks to Travelscene Insurance.
To top it all off former Woodend CFA secretary Andrew Wilson-Annan, who works with the ANZ Bank, arranged for $1000 spending money thanks to the ANZ Bank. That all adds up to one brilliant holiday ... and you're supporting your local CFA at the same time.

Tickets are now available from your local CFA - listed above. All of these brigades are open every Sunday morning, so make sure you call in and buy a few tickets. Why not get a book of 25 tickets and sell some to your friends - remember all proceeds support your local CFA.

Prize: 3 nights accommodation in Noumea and 2 nights accommodation in Isle of Pines at a 5 star resort with 2 return flights from the winner's nearest capital city to Sydney or Brisbane and then to Noumea and 2 return flights Noumea-Isle of Pines. Also includes return airport transfers in New Caledonia, travel insurance, taxes and levies applicable. Total value at up to $8,000 depending on winner's date/point for departure.
